Kahootz

Kahootz is a futuristic collaboration platform that enables organisations to set up accurate alliances among their employees and teams using a wide range of tools and workspaces available.

Over these workplaces, users can safely collaborate and share information, documents and team-based communications, accordingly. It also allows users to create a dashboard, where admins can display the information that they want their team members to have access to. Kahootz includes firewalls and email attachment size restrictions that support effective collaboration, especially in the case of external organisations. It also comes with a Structured Document feature that facilitates multi-user document editing as well as a stakeholder consultation programme. The platform even acts as a unified place for discussion forums, comments and feedback so that team members can share ideas, help in decision making and even reply to comments via emails. Apart from that, Kahootz can be customised for a variety of functions, helping users to capture, edit and report on structured data.
